Welcome to the website of Fairacre, New Malden.

As directors of Fairacre Management Limited (FML), we want to try and bring together all information to make it readily available to everyone who owns or rents a property on the development, all in the one place.

We want to try and help people understand the history of Fairacre and the structure of the company in which all owners are shareholders.  For those that live here (as owners or tenants) to understand their responsibilities and how to have problems dealt with.  Lastly to give a brief introduction of New Malden and the surrounding area for people who may be new to the area.

This site is still work-in-progress, but hopefully serves as a good starting point to begin collating all this information.  If anyone has any suggestions or notices any errors, please get in touch.
