Parking

There is a limited amount of parking spaces available on the estate.  There is one space for each property.  To ensure fair use and reasonable access for visitors, contractors and emergency services, the following arrangements currently apply to vehicles parked on the estate:

  • Residents are permitted to park a single vehicle on the estate roadway and a valid parking permit must be on display in the vehicle at all times.  Each property is allowed one permit, which can be requested from the managing agents.

  • Additional vehicles should be garaged (or parked in front of their garage if this does not cause an obstruction) or otherwise parked on the public highway.

  • Trade vehicles are not permitted to park on the estate overnight.

  • Motorcycles should not be parked on the estate roadway. It may be possible for these to be accommodated elsewhere on the estate but this is at the discretion of FML or the managing agents.

  • Residents should not park immediately in front of the entrance to the flats other than for the purpose of loading/unloading. This area is required to be kept clear to allow for access for emergency vehicles.

  • Similarly, there is a parking bay adjacent to No. 1 for use by emergency/utility vehicles only.

  • Parking on the block pavements is not allowed at any time.

Garages

All properties come with their own garage, with the exception of one property.

Garages must not be lent, rented or sublet to non-residents of the estate.
