Fairacre New Malden

The Grounds

Fairacre Management Limited is responsible for maintaining the grounds, landscaping and the lighting on the estate.

Residents are not permitted to make any changes to the appearance of, or to the planting or cultivation within the grounds.

Ball games are also not permitted on the estate.

Gardens

Fairacre is very lucky in having significant green areas where people can sit and enjoy the gardens.

At present we have two  gardeners, Mark and Scott, who work during spring and summer every other week for 3 hours and once a month in winter.  They keep the grass and edges cut, prune and cut back shrubs where necessary, as well as maintaining the flower beds. They also sweep out and tidy the bin areas and keep the compost bins filled and recycled.

At present we have an apple tree at the end of the right hand road near houses no. 13 & 14.  It’s a prolific fruiter and the apples are good for eating and cooking.  Please feel free to use these when they are ready.

The gardens at the front look a bit bare so we are considering what we can do to improve this area, in order to make the property look more attractive. Obviously with an eye on cost.

Finally, the gardens are an asset to our estate and add value to all our properties.  We would suggest we can all help by picking up any rubbish and watering the pots in hot weather.

Please enjoy the gardens as they are for all residents to use.
